Persoonsgegevens worden geregistreerd en verwerkt als u ons deze bij het opvragen van informatie of het boeken van een fotosessie (via een contactformulier) vrijwillig meedeelt. Afhankelijk van de betreffende formulieren en de in te vullen gegevens, zal blijken welke gegevens worden verzameld. Wij gebruiken uw gegevens alleen om u de gewenste informatie of diensten te kunnen aanbieden, dit wil zeggen dat alleen de informatie en de gegevens worden opgeslagen en verwerkt die absoluut noodzakelijk zijn om op uw vraag te antwoorden of de fotosessie te kunnen realiseren.

Colin Bax Photography heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar, tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. Ik kan niet controleren of een websitebezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Ik raad ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Foto’s kunnen worden gepubliceerd op onze eigen websites colinbaxphotography.nl en colinbaxphotography.com (artistiek belang). Voor publicatie op social media en websites van derden wordt toestemming gevraagd.
